Cool

Today was beautiful.
It was expected to be quite breezy, but the weather fooled us and provided us with energetic rays.
I am definitely one to embrace the weather
and so I was inspired to wear pops of colour to represent my cheerful mood.
Understandably, wearing pops of colour can be quite daunting,
but when done right, can look so good.

Jazz Concert 2013

On Sunday, I spent the whole day at rehearsals for my jazz concert which was in the evening. I truly love dancing and performing. I've been doing it all my life and some of my best memories include choreographing a dance with my cousins to Shrek's 'Karaoke Dance Party', playing Lysander in 'A Mid Summer Night's Dream' fighting Demetrius for Helena's love and coming first in Rock Eisteddfod. These are just a few of the best moments in my life.
So, here are some pictures before going on stage. Again, this isn't one of my typical post, but hopefully you enjoy this and I promise there are a ton of my usual articles to come!
Unfortunately there aren't (I don't have my hands on any) good quality pictures of the actual concert! But in all honesty, I was so proud and quite frankly in disbelief of this picture, so I thought I would share it with you all!
Here's a group photo of the loveliest and craziest girls I've ever met. Hopefully you will notice we're all wearing different coloured gloves! (which I thought was pretty cool)
Haha, I have no idea what I was doing in these pictures and although they're quite unflattering, they're the only photos I own, that show the matching shorts & gloves.
Who doesn't love a good sparkly costume?
Some great pictures with my friend Larrissa.

Thanks for reading, I hope you enjoyed this slightly different post! I would love to hear what you're passionate about in the comments!!!

Traditional

Traditional would be the last adjective used to describe myself.
Growing up, I found myself failing to identify with particular community or cultural group.
However, I quickly came to accept that it really didn't matter.
I could experience and immerse myself in traditions I wanted to.
